Jemaine

Jemaine is an interactive dog sculpture with a lot of lore. As the legend goes, Jemaine was just a regular papier mache puppy, until the day she grew into an insanely hungry beast and fled from her home!! She ran all the way to the Ashland plaza, where she interrupted the Evicted Art Collective’s first Friday show by gobbling up passerby's!
6.5 feet tall, papier mache, cardboard, velvet, redi board, and acrylic paint
These missing flyers were hung up leading up to the event!
Jemaine was beheaded by my parking garage before the installation, but she was able to be repaired on the fly!
